I love Culver's. Great food and friendly staff -- usually. Unfortunately, this location in Reedsburg Wisconsin was lacking service on my last visit. I was ignored by the staff until I asked if someone could take my order. Then, there was a tinge of patronizing toward me by the order taker. The food however, was excellent as usual. Likely an off-day, but I've run into rudeness in this town before...

The whole store is staffed by teenagers. It's extremely uncomfortable to have 3 people staring at me through the drive through window while waiting for food. The short chubby girl with thick rim glasses had her back to me for over 3 minutes (before even taking a payment). When i worked a drive through, you don't turn your back to the customer. Your employees make me feel like. Being judged for what I order or how much they're always snickering about stuff. I get it, enjoy your job but don't make the customer feel uncomfortable. Will NOT be going to this location again.

So, the ice cream was really good, but they didnt give me a spoon, my ice cream was missing the cheesecake I paid a extra 25 cents for, there was a piece of plastic in my ice cream, I repeat again NO SPOON GIVEN TO ME, and there was maybe 5 pieces of cookie dough....thanks...

Good food. Very long wait

It was awful!!! I ordered 2 meals (1 w/o onions) , 1 w/ fries 1 w/ rings & malts for both. As I sat there, the car in front of me left with his order and the car behind me left. 3 times the runner tried to give me the wrong order. After 3 more cars left, a manager came out and apologized said someone else got my order and retook my order. After a total of 25 minutes of waiting, the manager came back out, apologized again, gave me my order & 2 coupons for free meals. I got home and my burger had onions on it and we were missing the fries. Onion rings were cold and the malts sat so long that they were basically flavored malted milk. Of course I called and complained, they are sending me 2 coupons for free meals. Idk if we will use them, I think that we're going to stick with McDonald's from now on. I'm one very unhappy customer.

Been away from Reedsburg for 20 years and just came back for a visit and stopped here to eat. The place was very clean and had a friendly staff. The food was very good but maybe a bit pricey compared to what I am use to back home but not bad at all. I would go back if in town again.

Food was good and I heard several employees either greet or say goodbye to almost every customer. Richie wasn't there this time though. 😕

My bacon deluxe snack pack had no bacon. The sandwich was barely warm so I know it had been sitting for awhile. To their credit, they did offer me a dish of custard.
